Members of our core team are specialists in their field and are hand-picked to support individual assignments. Many are qualified (ILM) coaches, NLP practitioners and we regularly use a range of psychometric profiling tools/feedback instruments (MBTI/ Myers Briggs, OPQ32, SDI and 360 degree feedback) in support of individual coaching or team-based solutions.
