About Jane

Jane Harders is an executive coach with 22 years experience/ more than 14,000 contact hours. She’s worked with leaders and executives in a range of fast-paced organisations in the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East on a one-to-one and group basis.

As well as working with her own clients Jane is passionate about developing coaching skills and fluency in others.

Founded in 2002, Portfolio specialises in all-things coaching – from training professional coaches (through ILM qualifications) and developing coaching skills for leaders to supporting organisations to determine practical pathways to a recognisable coaching culture.

An experienced coach-supervisor, Jane supports a number of internal coaching and mentoring programs for major global organisations.

Her latest book – Coaching the Crosswind – is a compilation of practical tips and techniques drawn from her work with coaches, answering the Top 10 most frequently-asked “How do I..?” questions.
