Programme Overview

What’s Involved in the Qualification?

Pragmatic and time-efficient, participants are required to attend/ complete:

6-days of tutor-led workshops (3 x 2-day F2F modules) plus individual/ group supervision
20 hours practical coaching – assessed via a coaching diary/ reflective notes
Work-based assignments (considers the design/ implementation of coaching strategy)
Self-assessment of competence, CPD requirements and construction of a coach profile
